Manager, Adult Tennis Programs

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage key Adult Tennis programs statewide
• Plan and execute State Championships and Tennis on Campus events
• Serve as primary contact for assigned programs
• Collaborate with volunteers, facilities, and tennis providers
• Manage budgets, logistics, and communications
• Support marketing and social media efforts
• Travel statewide for major events (some nights and weekends)

• State Championships (9 events annually)
• Tennis on Campus & State Championship
• Adult Red Ball Tennis (Points & Pints)

• Strong communicator and team player
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing events and multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems
• Flexible and solutions-oriented
• Passionate about tennis and community impact

• Background in tennis, sports, recreation, or events
• Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google tools, and social media
