As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all local and national marketing efforts. This role would involve market research, understand market trends, oversee budgets, and perform all relevant tasks essential for increasing the businesses’ sales and awareness; making certain all marketing functions are carefully aligned and support the company’s goals and business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touch points.
- Own and optimize Hub Spot as the primary CRM and marketing automation platform, including lead capture, segmentation, lifecycle stages, workflows, and data hygiene.
- Partner closely with Operations to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals, improve lead quality, and ensure efficient lead handoff and follow-up processes.
- Execute digital marketing programs in collaboration with vendors and agencies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, website updates, promotions, campaigns, and events, with a focus on driving qualified leads.
- Build, manage, and optimize Hub Spot email campaigns and nurture programs to support the full funnel from lead acquisition through conversion.
- Track and report on marketing and revenue performance using dashboards and reports, monitoring key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign and CRM data to identify trends and optimization opportunities, and implement improvements to increase engagement and sales conversion.
- Review and approve branding and messaging across marketing channels, Hub Spot communications, and sales collateral to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Create and manage marketing content including emails, landing pages, blogs, and sales support materials that support demand generation and sales enablement.
- Support sales by maintaining up-to-date collateral, email templates, and CRM assets that help drive conversions and close deals.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and performance data to inform ongoing optimization and new growth opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate marketing vendors and contractors (e.g., agencies, freelancers, photographers), ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.
- Plan and strategize photoshoots and visual content production with internal teams and external partners, including defining creative direction, shot lists, timelines, and asset needs to support marketing and sales initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of sales, digital marketing and social media platforms
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Deep understanding of local markets and consumer behavior
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to interpret business plans, analytics, and market trends
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
- 3+ years agency experience is preferred
- Minimum 3 years in a strategic role with increasing responsibilities
