Soni's growing client is adding a Brand Lead to their team. This is a senior content-led digital marketing role responsible for developing and executing online communications, digital advertising, and customer loyalty strategies that strengthen brand presence and engagement across social, digital, and owned channels.
Essential Functions- Develops, curates, and manages daily digital marketing and social media content to reach key audiences including customers, donors, funders, job seekers, and prospective employees, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
- Leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer loyalty programs to drive repeat engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Oversees loyalty communications across email, SMS, and social platforms.
- Analyzes loyalty performance and customer data to identify trends, improve member experience, and inform program enhancements.
- Manages audience segmentation and personalization strategies for loyalty members.
- Develops, tracks, and manages budgets for paid digital and social advertising; monitors and reports on campaign performance across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and X.
- Actively monitors social media channels and online conversations to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and address customer questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Assists in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events.
- Evaluates and recommends digital tools, platforms, and best practices to optimize online outreach and expand presence on emerging social channels.
- Creates, edits, and publishes digital content including newsletters, email campaigns, web copy, and multimedia assets.
- Oversees Google Ads and manages business listings for retail and donation locations; experience with listing management vendors preferred.
- Develops integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and presents insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or a related field.
- Five or more years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, advertising, or loyalty marketing.
- Demonstrated interest in mission-driven work, sustainability, or consumer-focused branding.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Ability to tailor digital content to multiple audiences and communication objectives.
- Proven experience designing, managing, and optimizing customer loyalty programs, including analytics and member engagement strategies.
- Experience with SEO, web analytics, and digital media tools.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
