A little bit about the role!

Kent Scientific is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives supporting Kent Scientific and its portfolio of products. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll bridge marketing strategy and execution by overseeing campaigns, channels, and operational workflows while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across product, creative, and leadership.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves. While you’ll help translate strategy into action, this role is execution-first and ideal for an active marketer who likes doing the work, moving quickly, and pushing initiatives across the finish line.

You’ll serve as a connector between business operations and objectives, customer insights, and marketing performance, ensuring programs are well-executed, measurable, and continuously improved. Ideal candidates bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, comfort leveraging marketing technology and performance data, and a strong understanding of how marketing supports product adoption and revenue growth. This role also blends hands-on execution with light people leadership, supporting and guiding contributors while remaining actively involved in the work.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Campaign Strategy, Execution & Performance
  • Owning the end-to-end execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, from research and planning through deployment and performance evaluation.
  • Establishing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide ongoing optimization.
  • Identifying, testing, and optimizing marketing and promotional channels - including digital, media, and email - to reach target audiences.
  • Leading market and competitive research efforts to identify customer trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities.
  • Owning the strategy, execution, and performance of email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
Marketing Technology, Systems & Process
  • Serving as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for marketing technology platforms, including Hub Spot, and AI-enabled marketing tools, while driving adoption, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Improving marketing workflows and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and cross-team alignment.
Website, Brand & Content Management
  • Overseeing website governance, including GDPR compliance and accessibility standards.
  • Managing front-end website updates and content deployment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborating with creative and design partners to guide branding initiatives, graphic assets, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
Team & Agency Partnership
  • Acting as a trusted operational partner to agency teams, providing structure, clarity, and follow-through across marketing initiatives.
  • Managing and supporting contributors by providing guidance, prioritization, and hands-on execution support.
We are excited about you because you have…
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, marketing operations, or digital marketing, with demonstrated ownership of campaigns and systems.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hub Spot strongly preferred), with additional experience using martech and AI tools a plus.
  • A proven ability to define, track, and analyze marketing performance metrics and use data to guide…
