Communication Specialist

Job Description: The Communications Specialist supports the execution of internal communications strategies designed to inform, engage, and connect employees across the organization. This role focuses on managing intranet content, creating newsletters and email campaigns, drafting executive correspondence, and supporting communications planning. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within a communications team.

This position is dedicated to internal operational and change communications
. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting internal stakeholders through operational updates, process changes, and organizational initiatives. Background should emphasize internal communications, change management messaging, and cross-functional coordination rather than marketing or external communications.

Nashville, TN 37203

• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Pay: $52.50 Per hour.

• Maintain and update intranet pages to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and employee engagement.
• Draft, edit, and distribute internal newsletters and targeted email communications using approved platforms and templates.
• Leverage personal knowledge and best practices to provide insight and support for executives, leads and service center leaders, as well as departments outside of the HR Group.
• Support the development of executive messages, memos, and presentations, ensuring clarity, tone alignment, and brand consistency.
• Assist in developing and executing communication plans for HR and enterprise initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables.

• Bachelors Degree Required
• 1+ years of experience in relevant required
