Performance Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager acquires new customers through paid social and paid search platforms. You’ll create compelling ad campaigns, driving targeted traffic to one of our four consumer brands.

Join Fio Companies to make a huge impact on a small, dynamic team. This position is full time, in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working closely with the eCommerce Merchandising Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• PAID SOCIAL MEDIA BUYING:
  Fill our eCommerce sites with qualified traffic from Facebook, App Lovin, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Snapchat, finding new opportunities to profitably reach and convert our target audience. You’ll run weekly experiments testing new targeting, messaging and creative to convert new customers.
• PAID SEARCH & DISPLAY:
  You'll optimize our ad spend on Google, Amazon, Adroll and Hivewyre, implementing best practices across branded and generic search, competitor conquesting and retargeting. Our paid search and display is mostly converting bottom of funnel traffic already interested in our brands.
• INFLUENCER & AFFILIATES:
  Manage our affiliate relationships and test new product launches with influencers, finding our target audience in more organic settings than paid social.
• WEBSITE CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION:
  Work with the eCommerce Merchandising Manager to build outstanding landing pages and a compelling website that converts paid traffic and repeat customers. Our sites already have great conversion, so you'll build on a solid foundation.
• NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES:
  Work with the product manager and executive team to launch new products each month + a new brand in Fall 2025. We have an exciting product road map that you will help bring to market!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in digital eCommerce marketing, managing direct-to-consumer paid social and search ad campaigns for consumer brands or at an agency.
• Must be available to work in person (Cool Springs - Franklin, TN) 5 days per week.
• Annual compensation range $80,000 - $90,000 including base salary and performance bonus.
