Job Description SummaryThe Manager, National Client Marketing oversees day‑to‑day execution of marketing programs, products, strategies, and standards at assets across multiple geographies for top‑tier third‑party client(s) of the Greystar US Property Management division.

- Manage responsive, customer‑centric relationship with assigned client(s) and maintain ongoing communication.
- Establish relationships with Client Services, real estate operations, regional marketing, and external vendors.
- Assist in creating and developing tools, playbooks, job aids, performance reports, and materials.
- Access marketing performance data to monitor, analyze, evaluate, and report on progress.
- Plan client meetings, develop PowerPoint decks, data‑driven reports, graphics, and materials.
- Review emerging products and provide recommendations for new marketing services and programs.
- Support onboarding of newly acquired assets and coordinate with regional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in marketing, advertising, digital or creative marketing. 5+ years of experience overseeing and implementing multi‑faceted marketing plans.
- Proven ability to build and manage productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent skills in creating tools and resources: playbooks, job aids, reports.
- Strong project management skills, ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and TEAMS.
