This Marketing Manager role is a rare opportunity to lead and execute the pre-andpost-opening marketing initiatives for Dolly Parton’sSong Teller Hotel featuring 245 rooms, two F&B Entertainment venues, a market, and Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the hotel’s identity, launching its brand presence - visually and verbally. From crafting branded collateral and storytelling initiatives to building awareness and community connection;
this role blends strategic thinking with creative execution ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the soul and spirit of theSongTellerexperience. To achieve success in this role, one must balance both brand and performance marketing to deliver results,while adhering to our Herschend Heartspitalityculture.

- Develop and execute all pre-opening and post-opening marketing plan initiativesincludingemail communications,website merchandising,social media, digital campaigns,promotions, packages, etc.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive hotel bookings, brand engagement, and community connection.
- Design, launch, andmonitordigital, and experiential campaigns aligned with key opening milestones and business goals.
- Manage marketing and pre-opening expenses, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Craft marketing materials, signage, and sales collateral for the hotel launch and beyond.
- Support public relations strategy and community outreach efforts to build positive relationships with the community, guests,and business partners.
- Partner with our social media agency to support content strategy, campaign execution, and community engagement that builds brand awareness, drives audience connection,brings theSongTellerstory to lifeand delivers resultsacrossallplatforms.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with property stakeholders in all departments and property support center(PSC).
- Track,optimizeandreporton marketing performance metrics (KPIs), including campaign ROI, web traffic, guest engagement, and conversions.
- Establish short- and long-term departmental goals and operational procedures.
- Represent the hotel at local business, tourism, and media events to foster visibility and support brand awareness.
