As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Franklin, TN headquarters and help drive client acquisition across our network of veterinary hospitals.

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist to assist in transitioning and managing our paid advertising campaigns in-house. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to manage paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will play a key role in optimizing performance across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with creative and marketing partners to ensure campaigns are both effective and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
    Facilitate the transition of paid advertising campaigns in-house, ensuring a seamless handoff and continued performance optimization
  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of paid ad campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategic adjustments to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing and explore new media channels to identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, implementing best practices to keep campaigns innovative and impactful
Creative Collaboration & Ad Development
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and alignment with broader business objectives
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
  • Deliver bi-weekly performance updates to leadership
  • Conduct comprehensive monthly performance reviews and ROI analysis by hospital
Budget & Trend Management
  • Support the management of paid media budgets to ensure cost-effective spend
  • Monitor trends and platform changes, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of experience managing or supporting paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Strong understanding of targeting strategies, keyword research, and audience segmentation
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook Blueprint) certifications
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting
  • Experience in the veterinary industry or a passion for animals
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually

  • Bonus Opportunity:
    Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, determined 50% by individual performance and 50% by overall company results
