Are you a hands-on, data-driven marketer passionate about driving pipeline growth? We’re seeking a Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute integrated strategies across digital, email, paid media, events, and social channels. In this role, you’ll:

• Own multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
• Manage paid advertising (search, social, retargeting) with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
• Oversee email marketing, social media strategy, and event support from planning to follow-up.
• Develop compelling content and sales assets tailored to key audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance using Hub Spot and analytics tools, optimizing for measurable results.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors as needed.

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in high-growth or professional services.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEM, paid social, email, events).
• Proficiency with Hub Spot, Salesforce, Word Press, and Google Analytics.
• Analytical, creative, and comfortable experimenting with new marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
