Tail Gate Brewery is hiring a production Brewer to join our fast-paced, high-growth team in Tennessee. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven brewer with professional experience who’s passionate about quality beer and consistent processes.
Responsibilities- Brew on 50
BBL, 15
BBL, 8
BBL & 7
BBL systems - CIP/sanitize tanks & brewhouse
- Cellar work: transfers, dry hopping, additions, carbonation, yeast management
- Keg washing/filling & canning line operation
- Support barrel aging program
- Inventory, shipping/receiving & occasional deliveries
- Uphold safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Production brewery experience (required)
- Strong brewing process knowledge + mechanical/problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs, move kegs, climb ladders & work in hot/cold, wet environments
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Bonus: mixed culture/sour beer, cider, or Ekos experience
- $22/hr start, raises every 960 hours (up to $27/hr)
- PTO (1–4 weeks) + 7 paid holidays
