The Print Production Operator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality printed materials. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining print machinery, while consistently delivering orders within established turnaround times.
In this role, you will assemble products with precision, monitor production processes, and troubleshoot equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Success requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and a commitment to teamwork to meet daily production goals.

Essential Functions- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure output meets company and customer expectations.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by meeting established deadlines, including urgent or emergency requests.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, assisting where needed across production.
- Operate various pieces of equipment throughout the production process.
- Confidently manage projects from concept to completion by engaging with multiple areas of the organization.
- Successfully balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Accurately receive, process, and fulfill daily print job requests.
- Perform quality checks on production runs to maintain high standards.
- Support bindery operations and demonstrate cross‑training flexibility.
- Complete all assigned tasks within established target dates.
- Utilize Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and production‑specific software for daily operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with Management, Customer Service, Design, and Production teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
This role operates within a professional print shop environment that is fast‑paced and team‑oriented. The Print Production Operator will interact closely with internal teams, offsite production partners, and customers. The position requires frequent use of computers, advanced production equipment, specialized software, and may assist with bindery and shipping tasks as needed.
Physical Demands- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, and remain active for extended periods of time.
- Full‑time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime as required based on business needs

High School diploma or equivalent required
PreferredEducation and Experience
- 1+ years of print production or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Suite preferred
