Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Practice Manager role based in Nashville, TN. The Practice Manager will oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the spa. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining high levels of customer service, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, overseeing inventory, and implementing business strategies to drive growth. The role also involves supporting and developing staff through training and creating an environment that fosters professional excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management of the spa.
  • Manage staff scheduling and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards in the medical spa environment.
  • Oversee inventory management and control.
  • Implement business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Support and develop staff through training and create an environment that fosters professional excellence.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, and operational oversight.
  • Customer service expertise and the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and safety practices in the medical spa industry.
  • Proficiency in business development, financial oversight, and implementing growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity or prior experience in aesthetic treatments or medical spa environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
