This role blends creativity, strategy, and leadership to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving store performance. As the Retail Store Manager, you set the tone for the showroom, inspire a team that delights clients, and uphold brand standards.

What You Do
  • Lead a talented team of design-minded professionals who create memorable client experiences and beautiful spaces.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution from open to close, and uphold a polished, hospitality-driven environment.
  • Set ambitious goals, track results, and coach your team to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • Elevate the client journey—anticipate needs, offer thoughtful solutions, and make every interaction memorable.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team that reflects our company values and passion for design.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards that capture the brand’s refined aesthetic.
  • Use business insights and CRM tools to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Partner with regional leadership to shape local strategy, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Model accountability, positivity, and professionalism, ensuring every team member feels empowered and valued.

What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least three years of retail or design experience, including two years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • A passion for design, exceptional client service, and leading teams with purpose and energy.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, payroll management, and inventory control.
  • A proven ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve collective success.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail and presentation.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage performance and client relationships.
  • A polished, professional presence and a natural ability to connect with others.
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for business purposes.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.
