Brand Activation Manager - Nashville, TN

Overview

Oppizi is hiring a proactive, people-driven, operational leader to manage our offline marketing campaigns across Nashville. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced field operations, enjoys coaching teams, and understands how to move resources efficiently across a busy metro area.

Oppizi is the global leader in offline performance marketing, helping brands scale through hand-to-hand, door-to-door, and direct mail campaigns. We operate in 10+ countries and work with major brands like Uber Eats, Uber Mobility, Wonder Restaurants, Door Dash, Getaround, and DiDi.

• Field Leadership (75%) – Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on-site
• Provide real-time coaching and ensure target delivery
• Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions
• Operational Planning – Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans
• Identify high-traffic areas across Nashville (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas)
• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team
• Performance Management – Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel
• Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast
• Inventory Oversight – Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock
• Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking

• 2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision
• Must have lived in Nashville 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic
• Own vehicle required
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Laptop + phone required
• English required
• Energetic, organized, adaptable leader

• Contract:
  
  5 weeks + 1-week prep period
• Pay: USD $1,000/week + performance bonus
• Hours:
  
  75% onsite / 25% remote
• Areas:
  Nashville City Neighbourhoods (as needed)
