This is a contract and on-site role for a Vice President of Distribution and Marketing, based in Nashville, TN. The VP will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing and distribution operations for the studio with 12-16 high profile releases a year, ensuring alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L), sales, budgeting, logistics, and establishing efficient supply chain processes.
Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to promote brand visibility and enhance market reach is a fundamental aspect of this role.
- Proven expertise in P&L Management and Budgeting to execute cost-effective strategies and achieve financial goals.
- Strong skills in Sales processes and strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Experience overseeing documentary releases and music films/ live shows.
- In depth knowledge of the Documentary space
- In depth knowledge of the live music space
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of entertainment production and distribution industry standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work and lead effectively in an on-site collaborative environment in Nashville, TN.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in working with record labels, television networks, movie studios, high-profile talent and managing complex projects is advantageous.
