C. Beasley PLLC is a high-growth criminal defense firm in East Nashville. We have the legal talent, the reputation, and the vision. Now, we need a Director of Operations to take the helm of the business side of the firm.

This is not an administrative assistant or office manager role. This is an executive role. You will report directly to the Owner and serve as the "Integrator" who takes our strategic goals and turns them into executed reality.

Your mission is simple: We focus on the law; you focus on the business.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operational efficiency of the firm. You will own the financial forecasting, HR processes, technology infrastructure, and vendor relationships. You will identify bottlenecks in our case workflows and build systems to fix them, ensuring we can scale without breaking.

Compensation:

$90,000 $ 100,000 yearly + bonuses DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the firm, including the management of staff, resources, and workflows.
  • Sales & Intake Leadership: Manage the intake/sales team to ensure high conversion rates; optimize the sales process and CRM automations to maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the firm's budget, including forecasting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Oversee human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with partners and attorneys to establish strategic goals and objectives for the firm, and develop plans to achieve these goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting on the firm's progress towards established goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure the firm receives the best value for products and services.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the firm's technology infrastructure and systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices and trends.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the firm.
Qualifications:
  • Executive Operations Leadership: Proven experience managing the daily operations of a professional services firm, including staff leadership and workflow management.
  • Technological Proficiency & Systems Oversight: Expert-level experience with law firm technology and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, CRM workflows, and Case Management Software). Must be able to demonstrate a track record of building automated systems that reduce manual tasks and improve team…
