Director of Strategic Finance & Operations

This role exists to provide strategic finance and operational leadership at a critical inflection point for the company. You’ll own cash, pricing, fundraising execution, and profitability, ensuring the business has the structure and discipline to grow. You’ll operate as the CEO’s right hand, working across sales, clinical, and technical teams, while leading execution and communication with current and future funders. This role is a critical part of the connective tissue needed to scale with focus.

• Drive all aspects of fundraising operations, from investor landscape development to data room management and internal cadence
• Own company profitability: model margins, validate pricing assumptions, and lead cost-structure improvement efforts
• Build pricing and business models that support go-to-market strategy, including volume, subscription, and value-based frameworks
• Partner with sales, clinical, and ops to improve speed-to-cash and design scalable fulfillment workflows
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling tied to growth paths and capital strategy
• Establish systems and processes across finance, reporting, and commercial operations
