Those in our leadership pathway come on board as team members, are quickly trained to master operational responsibilities, and proceed through a leadership development structure to be considered for the next step of shift lead / team lead designation.
Summary:
Work within the leadership teams in pursuit of excellence in FOH & Drive Thru Operations. Specifically, this role is an ambassador, leader, and critical component in ensuring that Chick-fil-A Bellevue (West Nashville) is successful in the following areas:
- Front of House Operations
- Leadership and People Development of Front of House Team
- Vision and Service Model compliance throughout all areas of oversight.
- Develop a restaurant culture of growth-minded team members and leaders through training, ongoing development, communication, and fostering an environment of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement, and generosity.
- Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and leadership team.
- Ensure stewardship systems are implemented throughout the restaurant.
- Develop leaders to operate as motivated, high-performance teams embodying the business vision.
- Support the Director of Front of the House - Drive Thru Operations & Hospitality team during hiring processes, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Oversee speed of service and achievement of operational goals.
- Create, lead, and implement systems to standardize front counter & Drive Thru operations, fostering innovation and high performance.
- Perform daily goal-setting and provide performance feedback to team members and leaders on all processes and procedures.
- Strategic thinking, goal orientation, and tech-savviness.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of handling difficult situations and managing a diverse team.
- Mature, dependable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent. - Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or hospitality. - Experience as a leader in food service operations.
