HOUSEKEEPER
The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. The Housekeeper also handles the cleaning make-ready process in alignment with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Community Manager prior to move-in.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Community housekeeping
- Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
- Cleanliness and trash removal of grounds and residential areas, including make-ready units and common areas
- Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in
- Daily upkeep of the community’s offices, amenities, etc.
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- Understand and follow Asset key policy
- Report observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
- Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager
- Customer & Resident Relations:
Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness - Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
- Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters
- Enforce policies of the community as delegated by the immediate supervisor
- High School Diploma or Equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry - Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Regularly ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and similar; move and position self in various environments; stand or sit for prolonged periods
- Lift objects up to 25 lbs; may work overtime, weekends, and nights (emergencies); exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Occasionally work in overhead positions; reach and move objects up to 25 lbs; operate tools and vehicles; work in extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions

Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
Salary Range: $20 per hour to $24 per hour
