Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and implement systems that improve efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of projects and priorities.

- Assist in budget planning, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO or senior executives.

- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas
- Serve as the point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a hybrid role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing remote teams and using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace).
