VP Enterprise FPA

A mid-sized, publicly traded manufacturer is hiring a Senior Director of FP&A reporting directly to the CFO to lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across the enterprise. This role partners directly with executives and the Board, builds scalable FP&A processes, and ensures insights aren’t just accurate but communicated in a way that drives decisions.

• Lead all planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual, long-range) with accuracy and discipline
• Build and improve models, tools, and governance to support growth and scalability
• Act as a trusted advisor to the C‑suite, providing forward‑looking insights and recommendations
• Translate analysis into concise stories that resonate with executives and the Board
• Deliver board‑level reporting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
• Lead and grow the FP&A team; mentor talent and establish best practices
• Drive process improvement, automation, and stronger forecasting discipline across the company

• Lead a small team

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A/corporate finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA/CFA strongly preferred
• Proven success leading FP&A in a public or multi‑site company
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning depth
• Executive presence — able to simplify complexity and influence at the top

• You’ve led FP&A in a complex, multi‑site or public environment
• You want visibility with executives and the Board, and you’re confident in that room
• You thrive on building scalable systems, teams, and processes
• You like connecting the numbers to the story — and influencing decisions at the top

• $190,000 - 205k,000 + Bonus 25%
• Equity potential depending on profile - 15%+
