Life & Annuity Senior Manager (Claims Process)
Join DXC Technology as a Life & Annuity Senior Manager to lead process improvement initiatives within the Life & Annuity Insurance industry. This role focuses on achieving operational efficiency, compliance, and delivering high-quality claims services.
Essential Job Functions- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance across claims operations.
- Supervise and mentor a cross-functional team of managers, senior analysts, and analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets and quality standards.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for claims operations.
- Report regularly on process performance, improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of strategic process-related plans and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in the Life & Annuity Insurance industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in business process transactions for claims.
- Proficiency in business process management and optimization tools.
- Continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant experience are a plus.
