• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance across claims operations.
• Supervise and mentor a cross-functional team of managers, senior analysts, and analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets and quality standards.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for claims operations.
• Report regularly on process performance, improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of strategic process-related plans and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in the Life & Annuity Insurance industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in business process transactions for claims.
• Proficiency in business process management and optimization tools.
• Continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant experience are a plus.
