Director of Sales - Dental & Specialty Markets

Job qualifications for this role include the following:

• Undergraduate degree required with Master of Business degree preferred, or ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Specific experience in the dental market space in a sales management, marketing management or general management role
• Strong verbal and written communication, creative problem solving, excellent organizational, analytical, and follow through skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven leader with financial capabilities and appropriate industry experience
• A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
• An intelligent and articulate individual, able to relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
• A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor
• Forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards
• Ability to travel 10%-20% including member visits and industry events as needed.
