Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a Leadership Development Director to provide expert consultation and design strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on leadership development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management
.
Assess organizational development needs across business units.
Design and implement programs for performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning.
Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and HR Business Partners.
Develop and deliver leadership development programs and mentoring initiatives.
Partner with Employee Relations and HRBPs on engagement and retention strategies.
Drive cultural assessments and recommend improvement solutions.
Optimize talent management technologies and collaborate with HRIS teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Master’s in organizational development or related field (preferred)
3+ years in organizational development or related field
Strong communication and presentation skills
Critical thinking and data analysis
Expertise in change management and talent strategies
Ability to lead and develop others
