We are seeking a Leadership Development Director to provide expert consultation and design strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on leadership development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management
.

• Assess organizational development needs across business units.

• Design and implement programs for performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning.

• Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and HR Business Partners.

• Develop and deliver leadership development programs and mentoring initiatives.

• Partner with Employee Relations and HRBPs on engagement and retention strategies.

• Drive cultural assessments and recommend improvement solutions.

• Optimize talent management technologies and collaborate with HRIS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• Master’s in organizational development or related field (preferred)

• 3+ years in organizational development or related field

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Critical thinking and data analysis

• Expertise in change management and talent strategies

• Ability to lead and develop others
