Bi-Lingual Residential Paint Manager

• Lead & develop teams:
  Train, mentor, and supervise painting crews to drive high performance and maintain job site excellence.
• Manage projects:
  Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Ensure quality & safety:
  Monitor work to meet Dry PaT's standards and enforce safety protocols at all times.
• Travel as needed:
  Visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas; occasional travel to remote projects.
• Oversee materials & equipment:
  Manage paint usage, inventory replenishment, and ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance.
• Promote compliance:
  Uphold environmental safety practices, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

• Bilingual proficiency:
  Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Industry expertise: 5+ years of hands‑on residential painting experience.
• Leadership experience: 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading field teams.
• Communication skills:
  Clear, respectful, and confident communicator—written and verbal.
• Technical know‑how:
  Deep knowledge of paint prep, application techniques, and tools of the trade.
• Organized & strategic:
  Strong planning, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills.
