We believe great work comes from great people—and we’re looking for a bilingual residential paint manager to lead our field teams and ensure excellence on every job.
WhatYou'll Do
- Lead & develop teams:
Train, mentor, and supervise painting crews to drive high performance and maintain job site excellence. - Manage projects:
Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. - Ensure quality & safety:
Monitor work to meet Dry PaT's standards and enforce safety protocols at all times. - Travel as needed:
Visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas; occasional travel to remote projects. - Oversee materials & equipment:
Manage paint usage, inventory replenishment, and ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance. - Promote compliance:
Uphold environmental safety practices, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Bilingual proficiency:
Fluent in both English and Spanish. - Industry expertise: 5+ years of hands‑on residential painting experience.
- Leadership experience: 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading field teams.
- Communication skills:
Clear, respectful, and confident communicator—written and verbal. - Technical know‑how:
Deep knowledge of paint prep, application techniques, and tools of the trade. - Organized & strategic:
Strong planning, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills.
