As the Sr. Director of Project Delivery & Management, you will serve in a global leadership capacity, overseeing strategic planning, design, and construction to ensure successful project execution worldwide. This position requires deep expertise in project management, including the leadership of cross‑functional teams across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience overseeing a broad portfolio of global capital projects, ranging from small‑scale projects to large, complex developments. This individual excels at collaborating with municipal authorities and effectively managing internal and external stakeholders. A demonstrated history of leading high‑value, multifaceted projects is essential, as is a steadfast commitment to regulatory compliance, budget and schedule management, and ensuring project delivery aligns with the organization’s global strategic goals.

Hiring Range in USD from: $133,800 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and construction through commissioning, closeout, and handover to operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic project delivery vision and plans that align with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and manage multi‑year capital budgets to ensure projects remain within financial constraints and deliver expected value.
  • Lead proactive approaches to project management by establishing and implementing key metrics to regularly assess and report on the health of projects including budget, schedule, scope, risks, and other critical success factors, ensuring early identification and resolution of potential issues.
  • Provide executive‑level reporting on project budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure effective coordination among internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to maintain project momentum and proactive measures to prevent delays.
