Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute improvement plans for poor performing facilities.

• Maintain support for building automation systems.

• Operate building automation software.

• Train facility and corporate staff in building system operation.

• Work with engineering firms and mechanical contractors to solve issues

• Answer phone calls and support facility staff in operational efforts.

• Coach facility staff in building operation.

• Monitor reporting dashboards and find deficiencies.

• Operate building automation software

Qualifications:

Required:

• Expert understanding of mechanical building systems

• Engineering or Engineering Technology degree (or equivalent experience)

• 7+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred:

• Mechanical Engineering degree
