• Lead client engagements to assess and optimize unclaimed property and escheat compliance, identify risks, and develop sustainable tax planning strategies.
• Develop strong client relationships, manage day‑to‑day consulting engagements, and provide high‑quality tax services to clients across industry sectors.
• Coach and develop junior team members, build the team’s technical knowledge, and share best practices across the practice.

• Deliver timely, responsive services and high quality work products.
• Stay informed on current technical developments and apply knowledge to client situations.
• Analyze unclaimed property information accurately and prepare practical recommendations and conclusions.
• Understand complex unclaimed property concepts and provide innovative solutions.
• Contribute to team goals and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

• A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related work experience.
• CPA certification, US Bar membership, or professional designation from the IPT.
• Technical expertise and experience related to compliance, audit defense, and consulting for unclaimed and abandoned property services.
• Experience in performance and process advisory related to unclaimed property compliance.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a hybrid environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of unclaimed property consulting experience within a professional services environment.

• Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $105,100‑$192,600 (U.S.) and location‑specific ranges for major metros.
