Maintenance Supervisor -Compass Vista

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bi-lingual candidates highly preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and installation of machinery and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to maintenance and safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

This position is based in Nashville, TN 37211 and involves working in an industrial or commercial facility environment. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to address urgent maintenance needs.
