Summary The Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuingefforttodeliveroutstandingguest service and financialprofitability.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs,patchingvinyl,etc.,tomaintainthe hotelandkeep theproductqualitystandard.
- Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors windows and counters.
- Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work,painting,HVACworkandmasonry
- Conductinspectionsforpreventivemaintenanceneeds
- Recordandreportcompletedrepairsanditemsthatrequirefurtherattention
- Performpreventativemaintenanceassignmentsonascheduledbasis
