Maintenance Helper (TN, Nashville)

We are seeking a Maintenance Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities- Support maintenance technicians in repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify any maintenance needs
- Help with the installation of new equipment or components
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of schematics
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with logic controllers is beneficial
- Strong leadership skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
