Facilities Tech is responsible for maintaining quality presentation of audio‑visual experiences for our theaters, ensuring bowling and gaming areas operate efficiently, and performing general facility maintenance.

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on arcade games.
• Ensure all games are functioning properly and safely.
• Conduct routine checks and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
• Address technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio‑visual equipment for presentations and events.
• Assist with the technical aspects of event preparation and execution.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations; ensure maintenance work complies with local building codes.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Work closely with team members and departments to support overall facility operations.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address facility‑related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies, such as equipment failures or safety hazards.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for managing maintenance records.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise, and repetitive motion.
• Able to work in high places.
