The Custodian is responsible for keeping all areas clean, safe, and well-maintained. This includes cleaning rehearsal rooms, common areas, restrooms, and occasionally assisting with light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and understands the importance of a clean and welcoming space for our clients.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobby, common areas, and rehearsal rooms as needed
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed throughout the facility
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
• Restock restroom supplies and studio amenities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Follow studio safety and cleaning protocols, especially for shared equipment
• Maintain a clean working environment at all times and in all areas

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe usage
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Frequent moving and lifting equipment 30–40 lbs.
• Frequent walking throughout campus but may remain stationary for long periods of time
• Frequent use of manual dexterity to handle cleaning equipment
• Ability to reach, grasp, walk, bend, crouch or stand for extended periods

• A passion for live entertainment or music is a plus
• Strong ability to work with people and form relationships
• Open to continuous learning in a dynamic environment, willingness to pivot as business needs shift
• Ability to remain calm in difficult and/or complex situations and maintain an action oriented, problem‑solving mindset
• Demonstrate pride and ownership in your work
