• Respond to tenant work orders and make necessary repairs.
• Respond to emergency situations following building protocols during or after‑hours.
• Provide preventative maintenance duties related to building HVAC components.
• Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance, repairs, and work‑order related tasks.
• Keep updated records of maintenance tasks.
• Assist with special event set‑up/tear‑down.
• Conduct security checks of all outside entrances.
• Lift and move up to 100 lbs applying proper body mechanics.
• Perform minor repairs to HVAC components (filters, belts, etc.).
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.

• High school degree or equivalent required; two‑year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of commercial buildings.
