Rose Paving LLC is looking for a Mechanic to join our team. Rose Paving leads the industry in providing complete parking lot management solutions to commercial and industrial properties nationwide. The Mechanic will handle oil changes, brake jobs, small engine repairs, minor tune-ups, and other related tasks. They will purchase vehicle parts and perform various duties as assigned. For Building/Grounds
, responsibilities include removing trash from work and kitchen areas, maintaining the grounds, and ensuring work areas are stocked with supplies.

MUST have relevant mechanical experience. Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile. Some late hours and weekends may be required.

• Perform oil changes and brake repairs
• Purchase vehicle parts as needed
• Handle small engine repairs and minor tune-ups
• Maintain grounds and perform upkeep
• Remove trash from work and kitchen areas
• Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Welding experience is a plus
• CDL preferred, but not required
