Nitro Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Contract Buyer to support a client that
manufactures automotive repair and service equipment. This role is ideal for an early-
career supply chain professional who is self-motivated, technically curious, and thrives in a
dynam‐ic, fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift.
What You’ll Do- Execute purchase orders for direct and indirect materials
- Communicate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and deliveries
- Track open orders and resolve shortages or delivery issues
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Support data accuracy, supplier onboarding, and continuous improvement
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
- Ability to adapt and make decisions in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Technical aptitude and comfort working in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel preferred
- Must be located in the Nashville, TN area
