Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a top mid-sized firm in Nashville, Tennessee office to recruit an attorney with substantial experience in commercial real estate finance. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with sophisticated commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and related lending and financing of these transactions.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Represent developer and investor clients in large scale commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Negotiate, draft, and review purchase and sale agreements
• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial leases
• Represent lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate financings and loans

Qualifications:

• JD required
• Licensed in good standing to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission to the Tennessee bar
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial real estate and/or finance legal practice at a large law firm or sophisticated real estate boutique firm
• Outstanding academic credentials
