About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney who is passionate about seeking justice for injured individuals. You will provide legal guidance and advice to clients to help them recover appropriate compensation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support and guidance to clients
  • Advise clients on appropriate conduct and strategy
  • Meet with clients to assess their needs and cases
  • Find ethical solutions to legal matters
  • Communicate with clients to understand their legal concerns and provide essential advice
  • Strategize on how to resolve cases favorably
  • Explain legal options and potential outcomes to clients
  • Stay informed about current legislation and changes
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients
  • Prepare legal documents (dispositions, pleadings, contracts) accurately and timely
  • Assist clients with execution of agreements
Requirements
  • Professionalism and a client-focused approach
  • Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Education
  • JD required
  • Barred in the state of Tennessee (required)
Experience
  • 2–4 years’ experience in Personal Injury Law
  • Auto accident and premises liability experience required
