Employees may be eligible for two weekly remote workdays after six months of employment.

Who we are and what we do:The Tennessee Attorney General and Reporter represents all State executives, officials, departments, boards, agencies, and commissions in matters arising from their public duties. Such representation includes participation in litigation, transactional matters, and giving day-to-day legal advice to a wide variety of State entities. The Attorney General's Office employs approximately 200 attorneys, organized into 22 regular divisions within 5 sections.
About the Consumer Protection Division: The Consumer Protection Division engages in the full range of consumer protection, including data privacy, deceptive advertising, advertising substantiation, government imposters, the unauthorized practice of law, and price gouging, among others. The Division works closely with consumer protection enforcers from other states and the federal government on matters of regional or national impact.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain case calendar deadlines, schedule appointments for attorneys
- Review form documents for clerical errors/mistakes
- File documents electronically to the appropriate courts
- Maintain electronic case files and data, keep detailed notes on electronic case management system
- Assist in reviewing document productions
- Process of service for lawsuits
- Other responsibilities as determined by the deputy
Four-year degree or paralegal certification
