LHH is currently recruiting for a law firm in the Nashville area! This is a great opportunity to support partner‑level attorneys with a fast‑paced, highly active commercial litigation practice. - Support an experienced commercial litigation attorney by preparing legal documents, pleadings, and professional correspondence.
- Manage, organize, and maintain comprehensive case files in both physical and electronic formats.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, client communications, witness interactions, and other professional appointments.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and case filings.
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other litigation‑related deadlines and events.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including calendar management and phone communications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Experience with in Commercial Litigation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Document and case‑management experience.

Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
