LHH is currently recruiting for a law firm in the Nashville area! This is a great opportunity to support partner‑level attorneys with a fast‑paced, highly active commercial litigation practice. Responsibilities
  • Support an experienced commercial litigation attorney by preparing legal documents, pleadings, and professional correspondence.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain comprehensive case files in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, client communications, witness interactions, and other professional appointments.
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and case filings.
  • Schedule depositions, hearings, and other litigation‑related deadlines and events.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including calendar management and phone communications.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • Experience with in Commercial Litigation.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Document and case‑management experience.
