In-House Corporate Paralegal (On-Site / Full Time In-House Paralegal)

Are you a highly-experienced Nashville-area corporate paralegal seeking a new opportunity? Latitude is partnering with a Nashville-area in-house legal team seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to assist with corporate governance, entity management, and compliance matters. In this role, you will contribute to the in-house team by preparing documents, coordinating filings, and organizing due diligence materials. You will also draft routine corporate documents, maintain minute books, and track ongoing governance and compliance obligations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This is an on-site role in the greater Nashville, TN area.

• Prepare documents, coordinate filings, and organize due diligence materials.
• Draft routine corporate documents and maintain minute books.
• Track ongoing governance and compliance obligations.

• 8+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house setting is required.
• Prior in-house experience is a plus, particularly assisting with corporate governance, entity management, and maintaining document and contract management systems.
• Experience using entity management, document management, and/or contract management software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding professional references.

• Pay:
  The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
