Overview
Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney Opportunity - Boutique Law Firm - Goodlettsville, TN - ONSITE
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 DOE + bonus
- Paid Holidays
- Paid Vacation
- 401k and matching – employee puts in 6%, employer matches 3%
- Regular bonuses for staff
- Long-term disability
- MUST be licensed in Tennessee
- 5+ years of experience as an attorney in commercial real estate transactions
- Will be doing drafting, leasing, and purchasing agreements, 1031s, vendor writing, etc.
- Come in with little training required
