This position is located in Gallatin, TN or Goodlettsville, TN

Real Estate Paralegal - Pre-Closing Coordinator

Must be able to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast paced real estate law firm. Experience is a plus, but not required. Pay depends on experience. Must be able to pass a background check and credit check. Offices located in Goodlettsville and Gallatin.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Pre-Closing for a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Reviewing title searches and preparing title commitments for attorney review.
• Working closely with title companies to clear title and obtain title policies.
• Reviewing and summarizing UCC, judgment, tax, and other lien searches.
• Ordering payoffs and obtaining all other necessary documentation to facilitate each real estate transaction.
