A leading law firm is seeking a senior-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, demonstrating strong skills in drafting acquisition agreements and managing client relationships. Candidates must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and should be prepared for in-office work at least three days a week.

Excellent academic credentials and large firm experience are preferred.
