WBE CertifiedWe are working with a boutique law firm in the Brentwood, TN area, looking to add an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will manage complex disputes, work closely with clients, and play an integral role in case strategy from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all phases of commercial litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
- Active license to practice law in Tennessee
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience handling complex business disputes
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
- Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus
- Must be open to working onsite
