Overview
We are looking for a Transactional Associate who can hit the ground running and get the clients outstanding representation. You need to demonstrate compassion and ability to build relationships with clients. This is position is for an attorney who is capable, competent, and confident in handling caseloads. Would relative independence well be working with an excellent legal team.
Responsibilities- Hit the ground running and get the clients outstanding representation.
- Demonstrate compassion and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Handle caseloads independently with support of an excellent legal team.
- Drafting and negotiations of purchase and sale agreements, credit agreements, leases, mortgages, and other general transactional documents.
- 5+ Years of experience
- Experience in M&A, Securities, Venture Capital, and Real Estate transactions
- Billable hour requirement 1500 annually
- The candidate should have complex commercial transactional experience, including drafting and negotiations of purchase and sale agreements, credit agreements, leases, mortgages, and other general
