Litigation Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in various litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
• Manage and resolve complex legal matters related to commercial real estate, business law, and real estate litigation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and work independently as needed to meet client goals.
• Negotiate settlements and provide strategic litigation advice.

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee Law License (required).
• Strong background in complex litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in commercial or real estate litigation is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and motivation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Tennessee State Bar membership (required).
