Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities:- Handle a diverse caseload of Commercial Litigation/Shareholder disputes/Contract disputes/Insurance Coverage/Construction litigation/Product Liability matters.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
- Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is up to $200,000 - $300,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
