Personal Injury Attorney

Award winning Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to add to their growing team. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in personal injury and/or general litigation and a passion for representing their clients.

• Represent clients in personal injury matters and/or general litigation from intake through settlement or trial.
• Take and/or defend depositions, manage discovery, draft and argue motions, prepare for trial, and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with a team to develop case strategies and maintain client communication.

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury or general litigation preferred
• Experience in taking and/or defending depositions, discovery, drafting and/or arguing motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to run cases from intake to completion
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong academic background preferred from ABA approved law school
• Ability to work as a team player in a collegial office environment
• Licensed in TN in good standing
